Rachid – DOS needs new fences

Lindsay – wants $3980 for fences

            Current fences are broken

            Want new fences for foam in 2 weeks

            -Pre-budget meeting to go over forms and get a feel for possible money allocation

            -funding guidelines (figure out appropriate usage for long-term-fund)

            -meeting for just new clubs, all at one time

            -involving old officers more in budgeting

            -dorms want more money (surveys to figure out what students want in terms of spending)

            -reducing social’s budget and increasing dorm funding

            -Alcohol policy alterations to allow beer pong
