Status reports

-         CAP: 2 more activities, well budget

-         South: doing fine

-         Linde: dorm meeting on Thursday, dorm elections by Wednesday night

-         East: went well, elections on going

-         Case: doing well

-         Sontag: fine

-         SFC: trying to fund IHTP shirts

-         DAC: done

-         West: Frosh Losh went fine

-         North: dorm meeting Thursday

-         Treasurer: budget is $1944, unclaimed is $22480.

-         Foley: elections done for candidates, constitution changes still going on.

Approve Positions – IM Coordinator

-         Athletics: it has never been appointed by ASHMC

-         Not necessary to appoint the position

West Fire Pit: Discussion Continues

-         West: we want to put it to a student vote

-         Treasurer: expecting $8000 unallocated at the end of the year.

-         Someone will write a statement for and against getting west fire pit.

-         Motion to put it to a student vote at $2500: Social
