The HMC Jam Society aims to spread an appreciation of music to the students and faculty of Harvey Mudd College. It will act as an active forum for musicians to jam and learn general funkiness from one another. It will provide opportunities for members and non-members to perform at a variety of "open-mic" and related functions. Furthermore, it will act as the vanguard of the music practice room in Platt so as to prevent heinous misuse of musical equipment and ensure responsible jamming within the room.
