Every April, on the weekend of the Time change, our club makes a trip to Donut Man on wheel. Years ago, there used to be a great donut shop called "Foster's" that made the best donuts around. Now, they're called "Donut Man", but we still refer to a trip to get donuts as a "Foster's Run". The Donut Man's name is Jim. Jim makes yummy strawberry donuts with real strawberries inside. Mmmmm, strawberries. In fact, Jim gives a free strawberry donut to anyone who rides all the way from Harvey Mudd to Donut Man on wheel for this event (an 8.7-mile ride). We ride past about 6 other donut places on the way, but none are as good as the ones at Donut Man.
