Planned giving FAQ |
There are many ways you can leave a legacy at Harvey Mudd College while at the same time providing yourself and your family (or other beneficiaries), with significant income and/or tax benefits. In addition to outright, tax-deductible cash gifts, a planned gift offers creative giving options, such as:
- A bequest in your will or revocable trust
- A beneficiary designation on a life insurance policy, 401(k) plan or IRA
- Life income gifts
- Retained life estate gifts
The HMC Advancement Office would be pleased to work with you and your financial or tax advisor to establish the planned gift most appropriate for you to achieve your philanthropic and financial planning goals. Our communication with you about planned giving is confidential and without obligation.
