Description:
The Sony CRC100E CD Recorder allows you to store files on CDs.
How to record files to a CD
- To load the software, go to Start, Programs,
Adaptec Easy CD Creator, and then Easy CD Creator.
The program looks like this:

- You can follow the on screen instructions when you load the
program to create your CD.
- The program will walk you through the steps of deciding what kind
of information (audio or data) you will put on the CD and then exactly
what files will go on the CD.
- If you would like to skip the introduction that will set up the CD
for you, you can click on "Cancel". Then you will see the screen
above. You can simply drag items from the upper half of the window to
the lower half of the window. The upper half browses your computer,
the lower half shows you what will go on the CD.
- When you are all done, click on the "Create CD" button to write to
the CD.
How to copy a CD:
- If you would like to simply make a copy of a CD, you can use
Adaptec's CD copier.

Adaptec CD Copier
- Open the program by clicking on Start, Programs,
Adaptec Easy CD Creator, CD Copier.
- All you have to do to copy the CD is choose where your source is
located and where the destination CD is located. Your destination CD
will always have to be in the Sony CD Recorder. Your source can be in
either the CD-ROM or in the CD Recorder.
- When you are ready, click Copy to copy the CD.
