You can log into Postini at login.postini.com. For your login address, you should enter your email address as Firstname_Lastname@hmc.edu, for example Stephanie_Grush@hmc.edu. If you have never logged in before, refer to the email from the Help Desk for your temporary password.

Once you have logged in for the first time, Postini will require you to change your password. You can change your password later by clicking on Account Settings in the upper right hand corner beneath the Postini logo, and then clicking "Password" on the "Set or change your Password" option.

If you can't remember your password, guess a password. You will be told that your password is incorrect, and a "Forgot your password?" link will appear. Click on this link, and then the Submit button on the following page. A new temporary password will be emailed to your HMC email address.

We recommend that users check Postini every day for the first couple of weeks to make sure that the filters are set correctly. You can modify your filter settings by clicking the Junk Email Settings link near the top of the page.

Once you are logged into Postini, you can get additional help by clicking the Help link in the upper right hand corner beneath the Postini logo.
