The Audiovisual Office has several desktop computers that
can be borrowed for use in the classroom or a meeting room. To request
a computer please fill out the audiovisual request form at least 48
hours in advance. Please read the HMC Audiovisual
Policy for a full description of audiovisual services at HMC.

instructions on how to connect a computer to use the video projector
in the lecture halls.
- Macintosh on a cart
- This service from the A/V Office is a Macintosh desktop
computer on a cart. It is a G3 with a DVD-ROM
and Zip drive. It is set up as a lab machine and does not have any
software installed locally on the hard drive. You should plan on
connecting to the network in order to install software over the network
from Charlie, the CIS file server.
- PC on a cart
- Another service available from the A/V Office, this PC is a
Pentium desktop computer running Windows NT. It also has a Zip drive
installed. It is set up as a lab machine so that you should plan on
connecting to the network in order to install software over the network
from Charlie since it does not have any software installed locally on the
hard drive.
