You’ll need to send us:

1. A Fall FAST (seniors) or Spring FAST (juniors) application
   Download the Spring FAST Application in Word  or PDF
   
2. An unofficial copy of your high school transcript (9th grade-present)
3. A resume
4. Answers for two short essay questions (found on the application)

Application Deadline: Your application and all accompanying materials must be received by the deadline printed on the application.  All applicants will be notified of our decisions via e-mail approximately a week after the deadline.

Eligibility: You must be an in the appropriate grade level for the program and a US citizen or permanent resident.
