Student Employment

Working on-campus is more than just a way to pay for college. You will also learn valuable skills, make important campus connections, and build your résumé.

Most students who qualify for need-based financial aid earn money working through the Federal Work-Study Program. Federal Work-Study funds are awarded to pay a percentage of on-campus part-time employment wages for students who have demonstrated financial need.

All students' job postings are listed through MUDDlink provided by the Office of Career Services. This uniform method of advertising student employment opportunities allows students to access job descriptions electronically at anytime. The Office of Financial Aid only advertises Federal Work-Study positions which are based on financial need. For non-Federal Work-Study opportunities through MUDDlink contact the Office of Career Services or the departments directly.
