Once you arrive at your destination, it is extremely important that you email or fax your abroad mailing address and phone number(s) to the Office of Study Abroad. If you plan to stay with a host family, please provide their contact information.
If you decide to change any courses listed on your approved HMC Course Approval Form, they must be approved by the corresponding HMC department. Failure to do so could result in you not receiving credit for the course(s).
The Dean of Student’s Office mails your pre-registration packets to your abroad address. If you would like your packet mailed to a different address, you must email this information to both the Dean of Students and the Registrar offices. You will be assigned a registration time just as if you were on campus. You simply email your choices, along with the advisor approvals, to the Registrar's office, and they will enter your classes at your assigned registration time. The Registrar’s Office will email your schedule to you as well as notify you of any conflicts (Note: Students can also check the web portal).
