Virtual EMS to make a reservation for an Engineering Conference Room for Clinic Teleconferences.  You must create an account in order to use this service, please make sure to follow the directions for creating an account on the main page. The Engineering Department has these available for reservation: Conf. Room A (P1288), Conf. Room B (1290), Conf. Room C (1292), P1287B,  P2375 & P2375D.

Clinic Budget Form is due on October 5th.  Please submit to Lorena González, Clinic Adminstrative Assistant in the Engineering Department office.

Clinic Completion Form is due on Friday, May 10, 2013. Please submit to Lorena González, Clinic Administrative Assistant in the Engineering office.  Must have signatures from Faculty Advisor, Sam Abdelmuati in the Stockroom and all necessary files uploaded to your Clinic Team Charlie Golden folder when submitting to Lorena Gonzalez or it will not be accepted.
