601 OSHA Inspections What to do if you are the one who has to meet with OSHA. Discussion of theinspection process, closing conference, citation, and appeal. (Supervisors only)
     
602 Fire Extinguisher Safety Orientation with the 3 classes of fire extinguishers and the types of firesthey work on. Extinguisher ratings, P.A.S.S. method, and the need formonthly inspection of the equipment.
     
603 Corporate Criminal Liability Review of California Penal Code, Section 387. discussion of personalliability and criminal violation of the Code. (Supervisors only)
     
604 Lockout/Tagout General discussion of the requirements for controlling energy sources.Field personnel responsibility.
     
605 "Accidents Aren't My Fault" How supervisors can get employees who seem to have more accidents on theroad to safety. Role-play exercises. (2 hrs.) (Supervisors only)
     
606 Hearing Conservation Program General overview of the requirements for this type of program.Environmental and audiometric testing is discussed.
     
607 Asbestos Awareness Training Training discussion designed for operation and maintenance personnel who areinvolved with small scale short duration projects.

611 Powered Industrial Truck Course Classroom training on the safe operation of powered industrial trucks.Equipment proficiency test required for certification. (4 hour class with exam)
     
612 Platform Elevator Safety General safe operating procedures when using platform elevators. Course will be tailored to the specific models currently in use.
