Transcript Review
Plan ahead. Look at your current transcript and degree audit to see what courses you need to take in your senior year in order to complete your graduation requirements.
CHECKLIST
It is important to periodically review for accuracy the information on your college transcript. Here are some areas to check during your review. If you have a question or find an error/omission, please contact the Registrar.
- Is your full name spelled correctly?
- Is your major(s) indicated correctly?
- Are your advisors indicated correctly?
- Are your Advanced Placement credits listed?
- Are your courses “passed by exam” listed?
- Is Dean’s List indicated on each semester when it has been earned?
- Are all courses attempted indicated and complete with a grade?
- If you participated in a team sport, is it listed on the transcript?
- Have courses taken while Abroad been listed with grades and units?
- Are the units correct for variable unit classes, such as research?
- Is your transfer course work (if any) printed correctly?
- Is your Academic Standing indicated correctly?
- Is the topic of an independent study or directed reading printed?
- If you want the topic to appear, contact the Registrar.
- Are grades now listed for courses for which you were given a grade of INC?
- Are grades now listed for courses for which you were given a grade of N?
- Is “Dean’s List” indicated correctly on a semester when grades were delayed?
During a semester, your schedule of classes indicates your current courses, which will later become part of the transcript. Review your schedule of classes during a semester.
- Are all classes you are attending listed?
- Are any classes listed that you are not attending? They will need to be dropped.
- Are the units correct on variable unit classes, such independent studies?
