Reservations
If you are currently a Harvey Mudd College student, faculty or staff member please feel free to reserve space on campus using the Event Management System. If you have not created an account, please do so first. If you have any questions, you can contact the Facilities Coordinator via email or at (909) 621-8226.

If you are not affiliated with the College and would like to reserve a facility or space at Harvey Mudd College for an outside group event, please contact the Facilities Coordinator via email or at (909) 621-8226 to get information on availability, rental fees and requirements.

Evaluation
After your event or conference is over, please complete one of the following evaluations. We appreciate any comments you may have as we are continually trying to improve our customer service in an effort to ensure all events and conferences run smoothly.
