The Facilities and Maintenance Office (F & M) is responsible for the buildings and grounds, including major renovations and construction, on the Harvey Mudd College campus. F & M supports events and coordinates the use of campus facilities utilizing the reservation software, Event Management System (EMS). F & M, which reports to Andrew R. Dorantes, Vice President for Business Administration and Finance/Treasurer, also manages the Office of Emergency Preparedness and Safety.

To access the HMC Work Order System, your computer must be registered with HMC and you must use an HMC email address. Users must be connected to the Internet via Mudd’s wireless or ethernet connection to access this form.
