Hundreds of employers work with HMC’s Office of Career Services to recruit graduating students for regular full-time positions, summer internship and research opportunities. Career Services invites prospective employers to post their job and internship opportunities for students and alumni of The Claremont Colleges.

Recruiting Events

Recruiting at HMC is facilitated through a number of events throughout the school year. The demand for engineers and scientists is continually increasing in the public and private sectors and HMC graduates are in extremely high demand. Corporations should make plans to recruit early in the year and contact the Office of Career Services with ample lead time.

Info Sessions

Prospective employers schedule an evening through the Office of Career Services to meet with students to showcase their organization and set up interviews.

National Labs Night

National labs and NASA organizations are invited to an evening session designed to interest students in working for these prestigious research institutions.

Career Fair

The Office of Career Services conducts Career Fairs during the fall and spring semesters, which attracts employers from across the country.

Site Visits

Special site visits allow President's Scholars Program members to showcase their firms to HMC President's Scholars and members of student professional organizations.
