HMC
Engineering Seminar
HMC’s Engineering Seminar—a degree requirement for juniors and seniors—is an hour-long, weekly, session devoted to topics focused on "engineering practice." Attendance is usually around 100.
HMC’s Department of Engineering has a goal: “To produce graduates who are fully aware of the impact of their work on society, both nationally and globally.” As a result, the department works with our corporate partners to recruit speakers for the engineering seminar who can explicitly address ethical issues and the impact of engineering work on society.
For details on how your company can participate in HMC’s Engineering Seminar, please contact the Office of Corporate Relations at (909) 607-7015 or corporate_relations@hmc.edu.
