The web portal provides an online resource for academic information, including grades, scheduling, and student profiles.

Students

Go to the portal login. For your user ID, enter your student account number. This is the number that appears on your meal card, without any leading zeros and without the dash and everything after it. For example, if my meal card reads 020032211-2, my user ID is 20032211.

The first time you log in, you will need to go to the Help Desk in CIS (Parsons B148) for your password, or enter your temporary password if you have already received it from the Help Desk. You can change your password by clicking on "Change Password" under Student profile. Your password should be from six to eight characters and contain at least one number. If you forget your password, contact the Help Desk.

Once you are logged in, click on or mouse over "Student" in the upper right hand corner to access the course schedule, grades, and other student information. You can get more help by clicking on the question mark at the right hand side of any black header bar.

Faculty

Go to the portal login. You can get your user ID from the registrar.

You can change your password by clicking on "Change Password" under Main Faculty Portlet. Your password should be from six to eight characters and contain at least one number. If you forget your password, contact the Help Desk.

Once you are logged in, you can accomplish most things by using the Main Faculty Portlet. To get information on your advisees, use the Advisor Faculty Portlet.
