THe following are instructions for students:

To view instructions for parents or other authorized bill payers, click here.

1. Go to https://portal64.hmc.edu/ics/.  Your User Name is your 8-digit ID number (40#####).  Enter your ID and password.  (If you’ve forgotten your password, please click on the Forgot Password link.)
   
   
   
   
   
2. Once you’ve logged in, select the Student tab and click on My Account Balances.
   
   
   
   
   
3. From the summary page, you can view all transactions for any semester, including recent payments for the current semester.  To make a payment, click Make a Payment.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the amount (excluding the dollar sign and comma) you wish to pay for the appropriate semester(s) and then click Submit.
   
   
   
   
   
5. Click Continue on the eCheck Screen.
   
   
   
   
   
6. Enter checking account, billing information, and email address.
    
   
   
   
7. Click Continue.
   
   
8. Verify payment information.  If correct, click Continue at the bottom of the page.  If changes need to be made, click Back.
   
   
9. If your transaction has been successful, a receipt will be emailed to you immediately.
