Below are the names of the Harvey Mudd College faculty and staff who have attended Multicultural Ally Program. The training sessions were conducted by Deb Mashek, Guy Gerbick, Gary Kelly,Beverly Chen and Angelica Ibarra.

The core MAP training for faculty and staff in the fall of 2007 was composed of 4 sessions. The first served as an introduction to the program. The second concentrated on intrapersonal multicultural awareness - how you personally feel about diversity topics and different people. The third session dealt with the interpersonal aspects of being an ally - how to listen and talk with people about their background. The final training moved to the social dimension of diversity - how to deal with bias incidents. Training for students condensed the four sessions into one full day. The first group of 18 students began as allies on February 2, 2008. The second group of 19 students was conducted on May 8, 2008, the third group of 10 students was conducted on January 24, 2009, and the last group of students was conducted on May 7, 2009.
