Cash Awards
For each day alternate transportation is used, and if the employee chooses, HMC will pay $2.00 (paid on the regular payroll check).

Cash Prize Drawing
Employees who report using alternate transportation as described above, may choose to be entered in a monthly prize drawing for $50 cash.

Public Transit Subsidy
Pass reimbursement of up to $60/month is available to employees who use public transit (bus, Metrolink, etc.).

Metrolink Tickets
Ten-trip tickets are available for purchase in the Human Resources Office.

Metrolink New Rider Welcome Kit
Metrolink’s New Rider Welcome Kit & Free Two-Day Pass is available upon request through HR as well.

Flex Hours for Staff
Full-time staff, with supervisor approval, may vary their beginning time, lunch-break and departure times, as long as they are “on the job” during core hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and take at least a 30-minute meal break, as required by law.
