Harvey Mudd College participates in several employee benefit programs administered by the Claremont University Consortium (CUC) for the benefit of employees at The Claremont Colleges. Several programs are unique to HMC and are, therefore, administered by the HMC Human Resources Office. Other programs are jointly administered by CUC and HMC, such as the Academic Retirement Plan.

HMC handles the Backup Care Options, Emeriti Retirement Health Solutions, Dependent Collegiate Scholarship, and Rideshare Program benefits.
