Stamps
USPS postage stamps are available for purchase in the HMC Mailroom. Stamps are available, on a first-come/first-served basis Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Postage is payable by cash or personal check only. Please provide exact change when possible. The mailroom can not accept bills larger than $20.00.

Summer Mail Forwarding
The HMC Mailroom will forward (to the permanent home address on file with the Registrar) domestic first class mail for returning students from May 17 – August 16, 2008. The U.S. Postal Service and UPS will provide forwarding service for packages, boxes, etc. however other special delivery carriers such as FedEx, Airborne, DHL, etc. do not provide this service. Packages, boxes, etc. received by those carriers will be returned to the sender. All second, third and bulk rate mail will be discarded.  Mail for returning students received after August 16, 2008 will be held and distributed into newly assigned student mailboxes prior to Sunday, August 31, 2008. 

Graduates: Mail Forwarding
The HMC Mailroom will forward (to the permanent home address on file with the Registrar) domestic first class mail for graduates through December 31, 2008. All second, third and bulk rate mail will be discarded.

Mail Forwarding to a Different Temporary Address
Please send an email to billy_cape@hmc.edu with your name, temporary address and the effective date range for the temporary address.

Students Remaining on Campus
If you will be staying at HMC or in the area over the summer and would like a summer mailbox in the HMC Mailroom please send an email to billy_cape@hmc.edu with your name and the effective date range. Mail received outside of these dates will be handled according to the above procedures.
