If you are currently a Harvey Mudd College student, faculty or staff member please feel free to reserve space on campus using the Event Management System.  If you have not created an account please do so first.  If you have any questions, you can contact Andrea Abeyta, the Facilities Use Coordinator at (909) 607-0896.

If you are not affiliated with the college and would like to reserve a facility or space at Harvey Mudd College for an outside group event, please contact Andrea Abeyta, the Facilities Use Coordinator at (909) 607-0896 to get information on availability, rental fees and requirements.
