While it is not always possible to prevent emergencies, we can minimize their impact by following general emergency response guideslines.

The guidelines provided in this section are intended for general use when reacting to an emergency situation. Where applicable, links to comprehensive emergency procedures have been provided.

Should an emergency occur, it is important to stay calm and follow emergency procedures and instructions from responding emergency personnel. With drills, emergency system tests and everyone working together, we can overcome the challenges that any emergency presents.
