Stationery includes letterhead, envelopes, notepads, notecards and labels. There is a separate order form for business cards. It is essential that all stationery items be of consistent design and print quality. Currently, HMC letterhead and envelopes are printed in gold ink (PMS 874) on Neenah Classic Crest Avon Brilliant White. For your convenience, pricing and examples are available here.

Allow 10 working days for delivery of stationery.

Bulk orders for HMC stationery, which allow us to receive the best price breaks, are placed in August and in January. Business card orders can be placed at any time, but the best pricing is realized when multiple cards are ordered.

Typically the authorized person in your department (please see list below) will place your order along with any others for the department. Please send your request to your designated representative or contact College Relations. Also, a PDF of the Stationery Order Form is available if you would prefer to fill it in by hand. Print out a hard copy, complete the form and send through campus mail, Attn: College Relations/ Stationery Order.
