Publications
We produce a great variety of college publications to include the HMC Catalogue and other admissions publications, the college magazine (HMC Bulletin), annual report, stationery and letterheads, commencement pieces and a host of materials for many other campus events. Our office maintains and updates the HMC Editorial Style Guide, which all offices and academic departments are encouraged to use to provide consistency and accuracy in all campus publications and correspondence.

Stationery System
The Office of College Relations has developed a standard design for all stationery and business cards. When you request stationery, please provide all the information you wish included, along with an account number and quantity. College Seal and Logo
The consistent use of visual symbols is crucial to creating and maintaining an effective image identity. Following the guidelines for seal and logo use will help HMC promote an image identity that is positive and consistent. For usage guidelines or a copy (TIFF, JPEG or EPS) of the logo or seal, contact Stephanie Graham, ext. 76722.

Announcements
We produce and distribute announcements of campus events open to the public and work with various campus offices to plan and publicize events.

Promotional Items
We work with all offices and academic departments to coordinate the design and production of items such as personalized apparel, pens, awards, banners and more. We have contacts with numerous illustrators, sculptors, artists, jewelers, etc. to complete almost any project.

Photography
Beginning in 2003, the office expanded its services to include in-house photography. Services include photography for events, publicity photos and personalized photo web galleries that can be created for your use. Contact Kevin Mapp, ext. 76724, for more information.

Video Production
In cooperation with the HMC Audio Visual Department, College Relations began providing limited video services in 2003. Projects include writing, filming, editing and production of videos for special events.
