Job Title: Mac Specialist                             

Summary of Duties: Will provide back-up Mac support for faculty & staff; assist with management of CIS Macintosh lab; assist with computer installations, upgrades and troubleshooting; and general maintenance of desktop computers as needed.  Ability to assist users with supported Mac applications.  Provide basic network & printer support, write documentation, and various other duties as assigned.

Desired/Required Skills: Working knowledge of Mac hardware and peripherals, Mac OS X, Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with printers.  Networking experience desired, but not required.  Ability to communicate well with users on all levels.
