You will receive a form requiring a written signature. Please return the completed form to Rodger Weichman (Parsons B160).

For account requests to authorize students, incoming faculty, or staff, send a blank e-mail to account-request@hmc.edu

Note that only authorized staff and faculty may request accounts.
