HMC’s Audio/Visual Office supports administrative and academic needs for presentation, sound and conferencing. You may request services from the Audio/Visual Office by emailing av-request@hmc.edu or completing the form below. Please review AV policies prior to requesting service.


Audiovisual Setup Request Form

Do you have a class or an event that will require an audiovisual setup? If so, you can use this form to help you make sure that you have thought of all of your A/V needs ahead of time. Just fill out the form below and submit it when you're done. You will recieve a copy of the data sent so that you may verify your request. The A/V office will then contact you if they need to finalize any details.
