Please use this form to nominate someone as an outstanding alumnus/alumna. Outstanding alumni have made significant contributions to humanity and/or society. The categories of recognition are:

1. Community Service (work with institutions, the environment, organizations, etc)
2. Global Contribution (work in education, the environment, world relations, philanthropy, etc)
3. Science and Technology (technological developement and application, product development, advances in medicine, etc)

To qualify, contributions should demonstrate a high level of sustained commitment and involve considerable personal sacrifice. The size of the group affected does not matter, but the contribution must make a positive impact on humanity or society. The contribution might involve an organization, community or individual, and it doesn't matter if the nominee has been recognized by an independent organization or received other honors or awards.
